  Dr. Galliano is a very good Doctor for the mental health and listens to her pt concerns and helps you get stable. I was a total reck when I first saw her and had zero joy in life anymore over trauma and grief. If the first course of meds. Don't help she is not the type of doctor to give up. She will try and get you on the right medications for your wellbeing. The doctor and pt relationship is strong with her and she cares about the wellbeing of her pt. Thank you Dr. Galliano for being such caring Phycotrist. You make it such a warm and judge free office. ✨️

  Dr. Galliano is the most compassionate psychiatrist I have met in the Jacksonville area. She takes time with her patients to comprehensively understand their symptoms, and has a unique perspective on things as she has many years of experience. She is willing to try out-of-the-box treatment ideas, that other psychiatrists oftentimes won’t take the time to even consider. You don’t need to worry about a “10min med check and go”situation with Dr. Galliano. She truly cares about your wellbeing and life circumstances. She has saved the lives of many patients.

  All of Dr G's staff are caring and easy to work with. The zoom sessions make it easier to have the appointment especially to show up on time:) Dr Galliano-Pardo is a very professional and caring soul with a gentle sense of humor. If you need a medication change she does so gradually to make the transition easier for you. My mental health has improved so much since I've been under her care. Those initial dark days seem a lifetime ago. APRN Noiledy and Dr Serchele MD are also professional. Their caring attitudes are a welcome addition to Dr G's team. I highly recommend Dr Galliano and her team if you or a loved one needs mental health care.

  Everything was great with Dr. Galliano until I told her that I wanted to taper off the medicine that she prescribed. She immediately went beserk and tried to turn around on me stating that I needed to find a new Doctor. It was very bizarre and unprofessional. I would not recommend her to anyone.

  I love Dr Galliano, shes the first Psychiatrist that I've ever trusted and has kept me informed of my treatment, and kept me on the right path. Beware the negative reviews... if you look into them it tends to be ignorance or negligence on the part of the prospective patient... she has always been fair and open, and has worked with me through my situation to get the care I needed. Great practice.
