Frequently asked questions

Question 1

Does Alpha Omega Med Spa offer Deep TMS?

Accepted Answer

This listing does not currently show Deep TMS. It does list ExoMind. Protocols change, so call Alpha Omega Med Spa to confirm what it offers and which protocol it would use for you.

Question 2

Does Alpha Omega Med Spa take my insurance?

Accepted Answer

Coverage depends on your plan, not the clinic's listing. Most commercial insurers, Medicare, and many Medicare Advantage plans cover TMS for major depressive disorder when prior treatments haven't worked. Confirm with both Alpha Omega Med Spa and your insurer before you book, and ask whether prior authorisation is needed.

Question 3

Is Alpha Omega Med Spa accepting new patients?

Accepted Answer

Hours and availability change. Call Alpha Omega Med Spa to ask whether they are taking new patients and how soon a first appointment is available. A listing on this page is not a guarantee they can see you this week.

Question 4

What are the opening hours at Alpha Omega Med Spa?

Accepted Answer

Listed hours at Alpha Omega Med Spa are Mon–Fri 9 AM – 4 PM · Sat–Sun closed. Hours can change around holidays, so confirm with the clinic before you travel.

Question 5

How much does TMS cost at Alpha Omega Med Spa?

Accepted Answer

Clinics in Alpharetta generally quote $230 to $400 a session, and a full course runs 30 to 36 sessions. With insurance most people pay a specialist copay per visit instead. Ask Alpha Omega Med Spa for the per-session rate and the total course estimate in writing before you start — the cash price and the authorised price are very different numbers.
