This is the place to go if you want to be treated like a person, an actual human being, rather than being treated like a number and not listened to. Amanda the owner is absolutely one of the most down to earth individuals on the planet. Allyson is someone who will listen to you, not cut you off mid-sentence, and will actually view you as an individual rather than just trying to get you out the door as fast as possible. 11 out of 10 - highly recommend.

  Luis Balcazar with Modern Mental Health is a highly skilled and ethical therapist. We attended an IFS training together and I was very impressed with his compassion, curiosity and intelligence. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone who is interested in depth work, especially if you're interested in getting to the root of the problems rather than just skimming along the surface.

  They refused to give me adhd medicine or any help. Absolutely denied the fact that I have adhd. They took me cold turkey off of my Vyvanse that I had been taking for a vast majority of my life time. I went seeking help, they made my problems even worse. It was a nightmare. I was diagnosed with CPTSD among many other things, I can safely say, this place is just another thing that has traumatized me, and I am not kidding. The only thing they taught me was compassion for people who are addicted to drugs. The withdrawals are no joke, and going cold turkey off of Vyvanse was one of the most painful things I have ever endured. I almost got fired from jobs, kicked out of classes, and failed college, because they refused to help me. I am now thriving with adhd medicine, and not frim this nightmare of a place. Do not recommend.

  I saw a psychiatrist here a couple years ago for an ADHD diagnosis. I came here specifically because of the female care and the values. The waitlist can be a little long, but hold out because it is worth it! I am currently on the waitlist again waiting for therapy. If you're having a mental health emergency and feel you can't wait for treatment here, please go to your local ER or call 911.

  I received a psychological assessment with Dr Julie Beckwith. All around it was a very good experience, I felt heard out and it was productive for me. Additionally, she nailed my preferred name and pronouns which is a first for any medical professional I've interacted with. I definitely recommend their services. I will be trying to get seen for therapy as well. As far as i know, their wait lists are pretty long, but so far their service has been worth it. LGBTQ friendly.
