Frequently asked questions

Question 1

Does Vincent Ho offer Deep TMS?

Accepted Answer

This listing does not currently show Deep TMS among Vincent Ho's listed services. Protocols change, so call the clinic to confirm what it offers and which protocol it would use for you.

Question 2

Does Vincent Ho take my insurance?

Accepted Answer

Coverage depends on your plan, not the clinic's listing. Most commercial insurers, Medicare, and many Medicare Advantage plans cover TMS for major depressive disorder when prior treatments haven't worked. Confirm with both Vincent Ho and your insurer before you book, and ask whether prior authorisation is needed.

Question 3

Is Vincent Ho accepting new patients?

Accepted Answer

Hours and availability change. Call Vincent Ho to ask whether they are taking new patients and how soon a first appointment is available. A listing on this page is not a guarantee they can see you this week.

Question 4

What are the opening hours at Vincent Ho?

Accepted Answer

Vincent Ho has not published opening hours on this listing. Call the clinic to confirm when it is open before you travel.

Question 5

How much does TMS cost at Vincent Ho?

Accepted Answer

Clinics in Henderson generally quote $230 to $400 a session, and a full course runs 30 to 36 sessions. With insurance most people pay a specialist copay per visit instead. Ask Vincent Ho for the per-session rate and the total course estimate in writing before you start — the cash price and the authorised price are very different numbers.
