I have dealt with Major Depression for 60 years. I started TMS treatments in the end of November. I feel amazing today. My Depression is rated a 0 out of 10 being the highest. TMS is none invasive, therefore pain free. I would definitely recommend Positive Beginnings for TMS treatment. The staff are amazing and make you feel very comfortable right from the beginning of treatment. Highly recommend. It is life changing for me!

Dr. Mahmud is the best psychiatrist I have ever had. He listens very well and prescribes medication that is suitable and effective for me. My therapist Jeffery Dougherty is very kind and understanding. He helps me with my problems by giving sufficient feedback.

Edited 4/29: This message is specifically about Stephanie Dombrowski. Stephanie was referred to me by a provider I trust. And what a recommendation. I am thrilled. In the past, I have felt judged, misdiagnosed, and shut down by psychiatrists, often because in my 20’s I had a bit of a sordid past. Stephanie has not held my past transgressions against me, and has chosen to focus on the present version of myself in front of her. She has treated me with kindness, compassion, and offered therapeutic value well beyond what I’ve received elsewhere. Thank you Stephanie, for treating me like a human being, allowing me to feel heard, and helping to treat the conditions I have, in an effort to become a better person. Adding to this review to include therapist Jeff Dougherty. Jeff is relatable, holds me accountable, and for me is the ideal therapist - he feels like a true friend that tells you the truth about yourself because he wants the best for you. Best therapist I’ve ever had, by far. If you are an adult male seeking a male therapist, I would highly recommend Jeff. He provides experience-based perspectives paired with common modalities to make you aware of not just what is going on, but WHY, so you are able to swim upstream and change course.

My doc, Dr. Vincent DiAntonio is wonderful. I can’t say enough about him! However, the admin side of this practice is absolutely horrendous. Unfortunately, I will be finding a new practice where the admin has it more together and doesn’t cause more anxiety than what I started with.

Had a great experience with the TMS. It helped a lot with my depression. Unfortunately I got sick with GI and Kidney issues and I was not completely finished. I wanted to go back to speak with the Dr. I had an appointment that was put on freeze because of an outstanding balance. I just went through a terrible divorce. I was taken off my ex-husbands good Insurance.I AM experiencing some other issues and financially I was doing the best I could. It is a shame since Mental Illness is a serious health issue with many people. But without the Insurance and money you cannot get help here. They actually made an appointment, had I not called the office today I would of never knew that they cancelled it.
