Frequently asked questions

Question 1

Does mindshinetms offer Deep TMS?

Accepted Answer

This listing does not currently show Deep TMS among mindshinetms's listed services. Protocols change, so call the clinic to confirm what it offers and which protocol it would use for you.

Question 2

Does mindshinetms take my insurance?

Accepted Answer

Coverage depends on your plan, not the clinic's listing. Most commercial insurers, Medicare, and many Medicare Advantage plans cover TMS for major depressive disorder when prior treatments haven't worked. Confirm with both mindshinetms and your insurer before you book, and ask whether prior authorisation is needed.

Question 3

Is mindshinetms accepting new patients?

Accepted Answer

Hours and availability change. Call mindshinetms to ask whether they are taking new patients and how soon a first appointment is available. A listing on this page is not a guarantee they can see you this week.

Question 4

What are the opening hours at mindshinetms?

Accepted Answer

mindshinetms has not published opening hours on this listing. Call the clinic to confirm when it is open before you travel.

Question 5

How much does TMS cost at mindshinetms?

Accepted Answer

Clinics in Raleigh generally quote $230 to $400 a session, and a full course runs 30 to 36 sessions. With insurance most people pay a specialist copay per visit instead. Ask mindshinetms for the per-session rate and the total course estimate in writing before you start — the cash price and the authorised price are very different numbers.
