How does billing work?
Secure billing via Stripe. Choose monthly, 6-month, or annual plans. All plans renew automatically and can be canceled anytime from your Stripe customer portal.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from the Stripe Customer Portal link we send after payment. Your listing reverts to free at the end of the current billing period.
What happens to my listing if I cancel?
Your clinic stays in the directory as a standard listing. You lose the featured badge, top placement, and dofollow link — but the listing itself remains.
Do I need an existing listing first?
Not required. You can submit a new featured listing directly. If you already have a free listing, mention the URL in the inquiry form and we'll upgrade it.
