How does billing work?
Secure monthly billing via Stripe. Both plans renew automatically and can be canceled anytime from your dashboard's billing portal.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from the billing portal in your dashboard. Your listing reverts to free at the end of the current billing period.
What happens to my listing if I cancel?
Your clinic stays in the directory as a standard listing and you keep the verified badge. You lose the priority placement, photos, booking link, and pinned slot — but the listing itself remains.
Do I need an existing listing first?
Your clinic is probably already listed — search for it and claim it for free. If it isn't, submit it for free and it's auto-claimed once approved.
What's the difference between Pro and Featured?
Pro unlocks the full listing (description, photos, booking link) and ranks you above free listings. Featured adds a pinned top-of-page slot in your city — limited to 3 clinics per city.
