I went to see Dr. Morgan for the first time yesterday after needing to find a new doctor. She was a breath of fresh air. She listens thoroughly and truly cares about her patients and their well being. She let me tell her every detail about what I had going on and then talked about next steps after it. She truly is an amazing doctor and all the good reviews about her are so true. I’m very happy to have found her to be able to be my doctor!

I scheduled an apt with one provider and saw a different one without being told by the staff. I wanted to set up primary care with a specific provider but didn’t since I wasn’t seen by them. I was diagnosed with Covid. Dr. Prince did not do the basics such has listening to my heart, lungs, checking my ears, throat etc. I also did not receive a copy of my test results to share with my work. I didn’t feel I got the care I needed at this visit.

I had originally given these guys a 5 star review but have experienced multiple times of being denied the care I need. Originally I went in and asked for a complete physical and was told I'd be referred to a cardiologist; still waiting almost 2 years later. I'm in a bad marriage with failing health and asked for 3 Xanax. I was treated like a drug addict and referred to the inhouse psychiatrist to get them whom had no openings for 6 weeks. The psyche dr initially offered me MORE but I asked for 5 every 3 months because I don't trust my husband not to OD me thru my food. They treat me like I am stupid for not leaving him. I am disabled also with needs for multiple surgeries. Ended up in the ER with BP 293/142. The ER was short staffed and my doctor (Beggs) didn't show up for me. I had to leave the ER to take one of my Xanax since they still didn't have a dr assigned to me after 5 hours. The Xanax helped ALOT!!! I went back to the ER at shift change and was prescribed Lisinopril. It didn't work as well as the Xanax. Then Morgan Dean (psyche practioner) cancelled my appt with her because she was sick so I asked the office to have her to refill my Xanax for 10 instead of 5 as it helps my blood pressure which is still high even with adding Hydroclorothiazide with the Lisinopril. She calls me 5 days later and says she has to see me to raise my prescription... IN 3 months. I had to cancel 2 surgeries I need desperately because my blood pressure is too high and still no word on the cardiologist referrel though I have myself brought it up again twice in the last week. The RN whom lives with me and specializes in heart attack/stroke/infectious diseases made my husband leave to stop the abuse but she is also on medical leave for a year now so I asked for a letter to give the electric company as I have a nebulizer I need for asthma attacks and COPD. I was told to take my machine to the neighbors when I have an attack which I don't know my neighbors nearly well enough to show up in a panic at 3 am (usual time for attacks) begging to use their electric and the cold makes it worse for me to be standing outside waking people up... or not because I personally don't answer my door at 3 am so I don't believe many would open their door either. RIDICULOUS!!! These doctors are good doctors for healthy people but are coldhearted and clueless when it comes to serious conditions and they don't show up in the ER when you need them. Maybe times have changed since my mother was a hospital admin and previous ER RN but it use to be the ER called your doctor immediately and your doctor either showed up when they were short staffed or collaborated with the ER doctor if they weren't slammed with multiple ambulances and only 1 doctor on shift due to the other being absent their shift.

He's so professional. He's been my GP for 7 months or so. He's a supportive and caring individual. The office always gets me in and I never wait more than a few minutes for him to see me. The office staff is kind and courteous.

I am a former patient of Dr. Arhin. I have lung damage from hemochromatosis. At my first and only appointment, I had just been diagnosed with hemochromatosis but before I could even tell him that, he interrupted me and started lecturing me about alcoholism. I also asked him what I could do to reduce my dependence on oxygen and he laughed at me. I pray he sees this and considers being kinder and listens to his next patient before making hurtful assumptions.
