Great location for testing without fighting traffic in Birmingham. Radiology and ultrasound have a great teams that’s are very professional and kind. Unfortunately, it’s not the same case for the lab team. The 2 times I’ve been there both employees I had to deal with were extremely rude. Not just to me but people waiting in their waiting area. I’d be shocked if someone hasn’t reported this as a problem before.

The folks in this UAB Radiology Center are kind, professional and very efficient, thanks be to God, in the Name of Christ Jesus, for them.

Mom goes here and her regular doctor has switched to pediatrics only. So the clinic is moving the patient to other doctors. About a week ago I called about a prescription needing to be renewed and they noticed they needed to see she was up for her 6 month check up. Her appointment was scheduled for tomorrow and they called today to cancel it and reschedule for July of next year. My mom is 80 diagnosed with congestive heart failure and diabetes and this would be one and half years not seeing a primary care doctor. Unacceptable we will be looking elsewhere

Brought my mom for her CT w/contrast but as we arrived she became sick with vertigo. As the CT Technician Marlaina arrived to work she noticed our situation in the parking lot. She then brought supplies to help mom recover and a wheelchair. The staff was so kind and gracious accommodating us in this way. We are very thankful.

I'm basing my review primarily on Dr. Channing Brown. UAB is a huge organization, like Walmart or CVS. However, I am happy to have a provider who makes me feel like a person, not a number. Thank you!!!
