⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you are looking for a review to help you make a choice—this is it! This place is the best! Everyone here genuinely cares, and I am especially thankful for Tania. She truly goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, safe, and truly cared for. You can tell she is passionate about what she does and deeply invested in this practice. I am always greeted warmly by everyone in the office, and the entire staff is kind, flexible, and always willing to accommodate my schedule. As far as treatment effectiveness, I have completed two rounds of TMS, and it has truly helped me function in life again and come out of extreme depression. I am incredibly grateful for this place and the impact it has had on my life Thank you Dr. Richesin and the entire TMS team!

Magnetic Hope and all the staff are amazing! They offer holistic individualized care and treatment not just a prescription for medication. When it seemed minimal, they offered hope. So grateful for this team!

All of the clinical support staff seem genuine and kind. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the office manager, Vickie, or Dr. Richesin. This practice requires patients to complete 2 assessments, the PHQ-9 and GAD-7, before administering ketamine, which is reasonable. However, they charge fees although both of these forms are FREE, available online to anyone, simple, shot, and easily self-scoreable. Two other ketemine provders where I'd been a patient use the PIQ-9, but do not charge. Vickie, the office manager, said it was because insurance companies require them, but when I discussed this with Dr. Richeson, she said that if my insurance company didn't require them, she wouldn't. I called my insurance company and confirmed it did not require either form. When I relayed this to the office manager, at first she continued to insist that they do, but finally admitted that Blue Cross does, but Viva does not. However, she said that Dr. Richesin nonetheless required and billed extra for them. Confused, I politely explained that this was not what Dr. Richesin told me and asked to speak with her. While waiting for Dr. Richesin to contact me, I received a message from her informing me that I was fired as a patient because I was a "bad fit." I might have understood if they had been up front from the beginning that they require the assessments, or even upon further reflection, Dr. Richesin changed her mind. If they had simply acknowledged that they're charging for free assessments to increase their profit margin--I could accept that. But instead, they flip flopped, insinuating that I was the one who was confused or unreasonable for asking Dr. Richesin to clarify this complete reversal in what herself had assured me. Gaslighting is not a valid treatment protocol from a psychiatric practice. Edited to Reply to Magnetic Hope's reply to me: As I said, if you had been up front and simply said these are FREE screenings that we require, that would have been different, but instead you claimed *the insurance companies* required them. Richereson said she'd waive them if my insurance didn't require them. We all verified that verified that my insurance (Viva) doesn't require them, and when I pointed this out and asked to speak to Dr. Richerson about the fact that she''d told me the exact opposite the day before of what her office manager was now insisting, instead of being honest and simply admitting you'd changed your mind (or acknowledged it was about pure profit, I could have accepted it. But don't tell me that Dr. Richerson didn't say one thing, then put Vicki up to reversing it, or pretend I'm the one who's being difficult. Dr. Richerson said one thing, changed her mind, and didn't like her low-level insurance fraud being pointed out. So enjoy your fraudulent billing practice and hide it behind a thin facade if Christianity repackaged as spirituality. But don't blame your patients who know better. It's true we're "not a good fit." That's because I follow my profession's ethical code, both in my actual practice, but also extend it to my billing

I've been going here for a few months now. The team are compassionate and make time for you. I've been seeing Russ Rodgers about my medication. He is knowledgeable and helps me understand what I'm on as opposed to writing the script and wishing you luck
