  Shannon has been my provider going on 3 years! She is by far one of the most compassionate, caring, selfless people I have ever met! I cannot say enough about her and have sent many people her direction because she is the absolute best! Southern at heart, most amazing soul! She’s the BEST!

  Shannon has been my provider for the past year or so and has been absolutely wonderful. She is compassionate and caring. She really listens to what you are saying and has been very instrumental in improving my health. She and her staff always make you feel like you are family and not just another quick nameless 15 minute appointment slot. Highly recommend her.

  Shannon is amazing! She really takes the time to listen and makes talking about mental health feel way less overwhelming. She’s been incredibly supportive as I work through ADHD treatment and figure out accommodations for a large exam and furthering my education. She helped me feel comfortable accepting those accommodations and reminded me that it’s not cheating—it’s just giving myself a fair shot. I feel confident in our care plan and know I can reach out anytime I have questions. Highly recommend!

  I went to Shannon to be evaluated. I saw her twice, got to talk to her and then took a Tova test. She refused to meet with me after that to tell me what the test meant and recommended I go somewhere else and I have no idea why. I’m lost trying to get help and I opened myself up only to be turned away. Update: Thanks to the helpful reply to my review, I was finally told why they actually turned me away. I was not "seeking an ADHD diagnosis," so much as "seeking any diagnosis" and seeking help as something was just not right. I was callously turned away after wasting my time and mental effort on this office. Luckily I have now found a practitioner who has feelings and will actually answer my questions without being weird about it. Steer clear of this office at all cost.

  Shannon and her staff are super friendly and the best at what they do. Shannon makes a point to check in on you and see how you are doing and you can tell from the first time you walk in her office that you are not just a paycheck to her. I have been to so many health care professional’s who made it feel like they were just there to get paid and she is not like that at all. If you need someone in her field I would recommend her every time. She is the best in my opinion and I truly believe you will not find anyone who is better at their job than she is!
