  Was referred from the Mat Su ER to get an EEG for my son who had a concussion. We arrived at 3:08 after the discharge from the ER, and the ER assured us they call ahead to let someone know we were coming. Evidently the EEG tech went home. Front desk staff and the other woman who came out to let us know that "well it is Friday" were entirely unhelpful and didnt provide any referrals or information to help us figure out how to make sure my son got the care he needs promptly. Hope their weekend plans are more important that a child's brain health! Wish I could give negative stars.

  I meant to leave my review since dec 2021 better late then never. Sponsor knows nothing he almost killed me . Misdiagnosed me, overdosed me on anti seizure meds which I never had seizures and put me on a way too high and wrong seizure meds. Praise god 4 weeks later I went to mayo clinic and they took me off immediately, my kidneys were already being attacked. Run far away from that place. Unfriendly staff too

  Updated 2019- I wanted to give an updated, more through review so I want to make sure to say that the staff here is so kind, helpful, patient, knowledgable, & professional. I felt heard and in control of my care. I always understood what was going on because hey have the best bedside mannners. Scheduling was always easy & same with rescheduling too. Medical billing must of always went fine because i never had an issue. I believe a refferal is needed so if you think you need to see a brain doc. I Would reccommend talking to your normal doc or call them and ask how to get a refferal and they can point you in the right direction. Hope this helps my services were back in 2016 but a family friend currently goes here.
