  Do not go there. These people will scam and treat you like a customer. I've been a patient for years. They do not care about your wellbeing, just giving you pills and making you a number. Lately they bill me in the backend for "tests" and when it builds up tells me I can't see my doctor unless I pay. They can't keep doctors worth anything. Expect to see a different faces every couple of months. It's sad this is what our "medical professionals" have become. I've been having brain zaps as I did not know it would happen while getting off the antidepressants they gave me, and when I mentioned the symptoms there "doctor" was to busy talking to listen. They DO not care about your mental health, just if you a number in their bank account.

  This office, now known as shamrock primary care has two of the most compassionate, caring, and understanding providers I have ever met. They take the time to listen whenever I voice a concern or have a question. The wait was only about 5 minutes for me to see the provider and the facility was clean. The staff are all very pleasant people as well.

  This is the best place/doctors and staff id ever dealt with. Bryan I hope that's how you spell it are impeccable. Cindy brown has seen me for over 15 yrs from being a child and struggling with mental issues from child hood to health issues as a single mom at 29 to a 2 yr old alone incredible. Bryan will do what it takes to get you seen and cared for asap as humans we all put this off. Having Cindy as my doctor seeing her being as a mom raising her son does the same. I pray she never retires but if she does an impeccable woman raised a man just as caring I will not go elsewhere as they've saved me from alot. This is where you will be cared for truly!

  If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve been trying to get information on my classes and the wonderful receptionist doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing or how to communicate professionally. They need to better themselves or find someone who knows how to be professional & not a drama queen who is dramatic because what she did & said is extremely inappropriate & I’ve tried calling today & she’s ignoring my calls when I’m literally one of their clients. I’ve tried to get on my therapist schedule & she must decline me as a client for some odd reason even though she told me herself to contact the front desk to get scheduled & Pam said the therapist I would like to see is “ too booked”. I don’t know how they run things there but in my office we NEVER ignore our patient’s whether we want to hear what they have to say or NOT.

  They really take the time to get to know you. They listened to all my concerns and answered my questions. They called and asked how I was doing and if I needed anything. Meridith was awesome. Brian the receptionist was very knowledgeable and got back to me fast. They really have a great team. I would refer this place to friends if needed.
