  Amazing place just what we needed after running across the Grand Canyon the following day we called Casey and set up a cold plunge sauna vibration plate oxygen and compression treatment followed by recovery IV therapy. Felt like a million bucks the next day after 21+ miles. Staff is great and very informative! If you’re hiking in AZ get here for recovery!!!!

  This clinic initially presented itself as professional, supportive, and genuinely invested in patient outcomes. However, my experience ultimately revealed serious inconsistencies in oversight, professionalism, communication, and the handling of patient concerns. After previously experiencing meaningful improvement under qualified providers, I recently contacted the office only to request a transfer of medical records. During that conversation, treatment was directly offered again, insurance information was requested, and the clear impression was given that care would resume appropriately. That direction later changed after further conversations within the clinic, despite the fact that the concerns being raised involved professionalism, qualifications, and treatment oversight in the first place. Patients should be able to raise legitimate concerns regarding their care without feeling that doing so changes how they are viewed or treated by a medical office. The situation became even more concerning when alternative treatment arrangements outside the normal clinic structure were later suggested after the original offer had already changed. For a clinic that publicly emphasizes compassionate, personalized care, hope, healing, and a high level of support, my experience reflected the opposite: inconsistent communication, unclear decision making, and a lack of accountability when legitimate concerns were raised.

  This treatment changed my life and pushed me through to the next level of my healing journey. I realized my depression can only kill me if I let it. Ketamine helped me to choose happiness, healthy habits and to embrace a positive lifestyle. Even when I still have bad days I know they will pass if I don’t feed the negative thought loops and now I can manage so much better. Ketamine gave me back a part of myself I didn’t even know I was missing. My only regret is that I didn’t try this treatment sooner. It’s worth every penny. Invest in yourself. You are worth it!

  Casey, Jill, and the Revitalize team has changed my life. I feel genuinely cared for. This is something that I have not experienced from a doctor in a long time. Casey talked with me for as long as I needed. I feel so incredibly safe in his presence. This work is intense, you need someone who will ease your mind. I have experienced profound changes. It is very hard to quantify just how much my mind has improved. I feel amazing. Years of depression lifted away like nothing. I am deeply thankful for this. If you are considering ketamine therapy I would highly recommend revitalize ketamine clinics. My world has color and i can finally breathe again. My mind is no longer my enemy. 10/10 A+
