  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) — Curtis Andrews, 2nd Chance Recovery (40th St., Phoenix) Curtis is my Spravato doctor, and he’s changed my life. From day one, he treated me like a human being—not a chart. He’s thorough with dosing, clear with expectations, and unbelievably present during and after sessions. The clinic runs on time, the staff is kind, and the room setup makes you feel safe and supported. What stood out most is Curtis’s calm, grounded guidance and the integration support between treatments—he actually follows up and helps you turn insights into everyday progress. If you’re considering Spravato in Phoenix and want a compassionate, professional team that truly cares, this is the place. I’m grateful beyond words.

  I don't know where I would be without the help and guidance of the people at 2nd Chance. The people at the front desk are incredible. They are truly caring people who want to help you with whatever your needs are & are friendly and approachable. You are not just another patient with 2nd Chance. Curtis is hands down the best psychiatrist I've ever seen. He is worth it for paying a visit to 2nd Chance. I have been seeing him on and off since maybe 2017? I will go anywhere in order to ensure my medications do not get played with and I get listened to, and I am taken seriously. Everyone who works here is seriously amazing. I love coming here every week for Spravato treatment with Joneyda... Even the prior auth. dept. works diligently to get you your medications. Everyone here is on your side and so friendly. And there's even a little zen garden out back if you get here early that you can go check out! Seriously love this place.

  The wait is a little long. But they keep the waiting room at a decent temperature. So at least it's not an uncomfortable wait. They do have great hours tho. They start appts at 9am and there latest appt is at 6pm.They take all kinds of insurance and starting October 1st they will be excepting A.H.C.C.C.S. The provider I see Dr. Reddy is a very nice young man. Very professional. He asks the right questions and answers any questions you have for him accordingly. If comparing to other doctors offices, I couldn't call it. They all seem the same to me.

  Iv work with Dr. Gerwe for a while now and I can say he has been the best doctor iv worked with in this area, he patient, understanding, easy going and very knowledgably. He very flexible and that works perfectly with my busy schedule. He always makes it work and has great communication whenever I do need something, and he does it in a timely and appropriate manner. 2nd chance it self has been a different experience, a negative one, the only reason im putting a 5 start rating is due to Dr. Gerwe.
