Amazing providers! The customer service experience is great. I would recommend them for medication management, therapy, and psychological testing. My child sees Dr. Hiddle, and she is the first provider who truly listens to her. We love her! Dr. Little was also amazing to work with on psychological testing.

I has set up an appointment that I told the I would pay out of pocket and I have the funds to do so but they cancel that with a a lie of an excuse. But I am glad that they are not going to get my money I wish I had read their reviews before I even scheduled an appointment because this is obviously a pattern they do I would have paid before the session if they would have gave me a chance but no they just want to lie. I wanted to add more because they replied back and they are still lying there was They tried to tell me there was a conflict of interest They don't even know the meaning of conflict interest there is no conflict at interest in my case at all do not go to this place They are disingenuous and this reply back is proof of that

I see Dr. Hiddle for medication management and she has been fantastic! She also helped me discover I have the MTHR gene mutation and I've recently started taking L-Methylfolate supplements, which has improved my energy levels. I met with William Oldham to attempt to start EFT counseling with my wife. During initial conversation with Bill, he mentioned he didn't like to get into the weeds of the problems and I knew then he likely would not be a good counselor for us. After some dialogue from me and then my wife, she had to leave (she attended virtually.) At that point, I felt as though he was being disrespectful, dismissive and showing zero care for me or the situation. Each time I would try to talk, he would cut me off and ask an unrelated question based on assumptions he had already made. I personally would not recommend Bill as a therapist as I am still shocked about how I was treated. His behavior was unprofessional and emotionally damaging for me given the situation with my wife and our desire for counseling.

Had an appointment to see Dr Little for a month and they cancelled the day of saying it was due to no insurance. I had already spoken with the front desk, confirmed and explained I'd be paying out of pocket since they don't accept my insurance. I called right back and heard nothing back.

My son sees Dr. Hiddle and she is fantastic. I love her engagement with my son as well as her nature to include him in the conversation. We have been using her for over a year now and have never had a problem with getting his medicine sent in. We even have had problems with the pharmacy being out and she would have to send a whole new prescription in to a different pharmacy. She was so responsive and took care of it that day. I see Dr. Farmer for my medication and she’s been fantastic. She is very helpful in getting right to a treatment plan that I feel most comfortable with. We did some DNA testing and I learned a ton of information about the meds and supplements I should have a been taking. I don’t feel as tired and I feel way more motivated. For therapy I see Mollie Sweetser. We’ve been doing EMDR and I’ve seen fantastic results. I highly recommend her if you have complex PTSD or any trauma. My husband and been seeing “The Bills” (Billy Hiddle and William Oldham). We do EFT. It basically saved our marriage. They all need capes!
