So far, so great! I have had a very difficult time finding a mental health professional of whom is female in my area. I've set up the appointment, and will be able to begin via telehealth, which is perfect with my disability! They've been very kind and accommodating. I received my new patient questionnaire online, filled it out, submitted, then was contacted the next business day via text to schedule an appt, and was even offered a dry run to make sure the telehealth logistics run smoothly for my visit. So far the new patient process has been very easy and not stressful, which I really needed. I can't say I'm excited about the appointment. I mean, it's mental health, so... Not fun for anyone involved, but they have been excellent so far! Stay tuned! I'll update about how the visit goes (obviously without personal details 😉). Dylan was and is really awesome with his customer service & support! I'm a very "happy customer" patient and I couldn't be any happier!!! It has turned out to be a wonderful experience every time with receiving the greatest level of attention with the friendly, courteous and the professional level of attention being given to me

Ordinarily I wouldn't be comfortable talking with a man but Dylan made it easy for me. He is very sweet and I feel he cares about me even though I'm a 70 year old grandmother . He makes me feel comfortable. He truly listens and helps me to work out my issues. He doesn't look down on me either. Very respectful I highly recommend him and Integrated Wellness LLC if you need someone to help you work on your mental health he's your man.

Ive been going here for awhile.i HAVE TO SAY that without the care and understanding from Brianna cook my mental health would never have progress to the place I am now.all phone correspondence have been timely with appointments,Q&A's ect.over all it's a amazing place and Harrison is lucky to have this addional resource from such awesome people 👏🏻
