  Dr. Walden is a great & wise psychiatrist, a good person, and he has helped me so much over the last 10-11 years!! Highly recommend! I also always love the staff!! Nurse Audrey and Ms. Annette have put in time helping me with my life.🤦🏽‍♀️💕!!!! They're always so kind and they never make you feel like you are a bother. They're also very good at returning calls. I have ADHD and Dr. Walden has helped me manage it and function normally in my life today. He's helped me figure out other life struggles. Although it's not "therapy," per se, he doesn't just prescribe medicine, and then par you on the back. Genuinely checks in with you and remembers your situation and hones in on the real key things quickly to where things are addressed even though it's a short period of time. Dr Walden has a great way of taking your faulty perspective that may be hurting you in a way, and shattering it in a very nice way, and then, gently helping you see the truth ..basically ..does a short form CBT in my opinion that, although, I don't know if that's what he calls it. He's an advocate. He is funny. He makes you feel welcome. His memory is INCREDIBLE..steel trap I've been shocked at times, and he's extremely intelligent. For those of you smarter folks who need a smart psychiatrist, Dr. Walden is wonderful. (not that I'm smart – he thinks he is wise is a fool, right?) ... and.. in a multitude of counselors.. 😄 thank you Dr Walden, you save my life a while back I'm certain of it. I don't know what I would've done without you and your wise direction at times!! I'm grateful to still have it. Thank you. God bless yall!!!!

  I see both Amy, and Doctor Brown. To say they save my life every day. I suffer with a lot of issues, but not very many Doctors treat my BPD. Other Doctors will go for the easiest diagnosis you’ve been given and treat you for that and it usually makes the BPD extremely worse. These doctors are kind, caring, knowledgeable and are always there when you need them . I don’t think I’d be here without them.🙏

  Great doctors and staff. Ms. Annette ones so kind and gracious, always welcomed me with a smile. Dr Brown has helped me so much. His humor and kindness as I went through my healing process healed me in a way that I can’t express. He challenged me gently and was able to pull me out of my comfort zone so that I could make the progress I was looking for. I’m so grateful for them and will see them again if I need further guidance. Highly recommend seeing Dr. Brown.

  My mother was a patient of Drs Walden and Brown. She was in her 80s, lived with me, and wanted me to be in on her sessions. Therefore, I got to see them in action. Their interactions with my mom were great! In only a few visits, Dr. Walden was able to prescribe and tweak her medications for depression and anxiety so that she wanted to go places, again! She even started going to the Senior Center for several activities without my having to go with her. She started LIVING again! Of course, Dr. Brown's therapy sessions were very beneficial, also. He used different techniques that gently made her face her demons and learn better coping skills. What a blessing this team is to Mountain Home! I wish they could clone themselves and help more people. They are great! I highly recommend each of these great doctors!

  Dr. Walden is the best psychiatrist there is anywhere near MTN. Home. The rest just care about money in their pockets. Dr. Walden is sincere, listens to you, and genuinely cares about his "you" his patient!!! I moved away 5 years ago but will definitely try to get him back as my doctor when I move back in a couple of months! Thank you Dr. Walden you saved my family!
