  My name is Jessica Babson, this place is constantly changing psych doctor and I have also called 3 days ahead of time on my diazepam, so I would not have to run out, they still have not called it in to my pharmacy. I have to go three days without my meds now.

  I left clarity health!! Leslie Williams my Dr was impossible to get ahold of, all she wanted to do is increase my medicine and while I was having a emergency and all my doctors said I needed that Pacific medicine, she said she could not get me in, and she dismissed me when she found out another doctor did!! Don't waste your time

  I went into my first meeting with one of the psychiatrists back in December and to that point it went well enough, but before I set my next appointment which would have took place today the psychiatrist promised to have her nurse call and give me the names and numbers of doctors who could give me my diagnosis. That nurse never called. I was going to bring that up during my scheduled house call but despite getting reminder calls during the three months I waited for my appointment, when the scheduled time came and went nobody called. When I tried calling them I just got a busy tone for the clinic and the psychiatrist. My DAD has to call through the insurance just to get anyone to answer. The person on the phone said I missed the appointment because I didn't click the link on the message they supposedly sent, I checked both texts and emails after the call but there was no message from them and they didn't tell me they were going to send one before the appointment. So they rescheduled me to talk to the psychiatrist after ANOTHER 3 MONTHS and when I tried to call back to confirm the new date they immediately hung up on us. I'm going to find someone else if these people are going to treat me like the waxy q-tip of their clientele, I'm not playing these waiting games with them.

  The office staff was extremely rude. We needed to move our appt as a new patient, it didn’t matter to us who we saw, and the worker had an attitude the whole time. When it was time to check out the worker held up her hand and said “I have one minute left on my lunch break and I’m not going to clock in early” so we stood there for one minute. The doctor was great!! The office staff not so much.

  Front desk has not been very helpful on setting up appointments for patient
