  After going through archway recovery, I had to rediscover myself Who I was without my addiction It was the effort of the Therapist and the psychiatrist combined to find a stable place for me to grow and the constant checking up on goals and self-awareness to establish healthy boundaries. I would definitely recommend anyone going through the process of healing through addiction counseling, North American mental health services as a place to assist in the process It’s clean out of the way construction, perfectly manicured lawns and close access to the department of rehab rehabilitation, which was helpful for anyone trying to re-enter the workforce combined with the fact they’re right on top of the workforce development center. It’s almost as if someone had designed it that way and if so, I’d say well done not only have I rid myself of my addiction and embrace myself and my sober community. I now run a sober living home where I help people with transitional housing and am active in outreach to people who are still suffering. Every person that I’ve met, who’s had a successful recovery and has been brought from the dark cold lonely place of dependency on a substance who has been redeemed into a functioning member of society in the light of day burdens themselves with the responsibility to return the gift to another soul into the ropes by which we were brought ashore

  I have been very happy with this facility. I see Dr. Garcia for my medication. She is very sweet and listens as much as she can. Unfortunately I only get 15 minutes of her time. I think I’m on a waiting list to see a counselor. I hope I get one pretty soon. I agree with one of the other posts about Rochelle. She is very kind and totally knows her stuff. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs some mental health guidance. 🥰🙏🏻❤️🦋

  Rachelle covers everything in the periphery She is very comforting and knows her job. Very helpful and pleasant. John is simply excellent. He is very bright and is a great listener .He always cares and concerned about how he can assist you. John knows his role from filling medications on time and asks pertinent questions. I’ve needed personal help of this nature since 1993. John is one of the very bests that I’ve been blessed to have. God bless him.

  Two night-and-day first impressions: first impressions, I showed up for my first appointment ten minutes early, the receptionist was very rude and dismissive, said if I wasn't here thirty minutes early I can't got to the appointment, claimed I'd been called but I'd received no calls, and no texts or emails about my initial appointment. Gives me a packet to fill out and schedules me for a week later after already waiting a month. Even more frustrating, the whole packet took less than ten minutes. Infuriating, rude, needless; Cost me the day and cost me another week of access. Next time? AMAZING experience: multiple kind and wonderful admins behind the counter were great, and the provider was an excellent listener and very informed. It was a dream, what you hope psych support would be like. Thank goodness the services really reflect their high rating, and the first incompetent person was just a blip. So relieved to have an affordable, competent psych provider nearby. 🙏

  My experience with North America Mental health is been excellent. Everyone is so kind and helpful! thanks to my Dr. Tylor Garcia I been feeling so much better she help me a lot :)
