  This place has a good therapist named Cathrine. Ill I’ve been being seen by multiple psychiatrist at advanced psychiatry. Every single one I’ve had about 3+ psychiatrist here and they do not care whatsoever and the ones I’ve had are disrespectful and all of them had a super thick accent and would get mad at me for asking them to say things again and they try to get off the phone with you as fast as they can. They would treat me like an idiot for asking questions. They definitely do not act like doctors they aren’t helping with meds they are trying to sedate you. The main reason I’m posting this is because I’m in debt because advanced phyc and their lack of timing and logical reasoning. Whenever I want to make more appointments I’ll call and then we usually schedule things out 2 months in advance. Pretty often I get a call saying we need to reschedule your appointment which is fine but now it gotten to a point of them completely saying I don’t have any scheduled appointments with you like we didn’t just have an hour call last week scheduling the next two months, happened on two separate occasions already. The worst part is what made me write my review I just got another call saying “ we can’t do online therapy you have to be there in person or get charged 100$ for missing the appointment” with only a 2 day notice you can’t just make it not online when you don’t even give enough time for me to be able to find and afford a ride there and back. I’m the one paying for it. I wouldn’t be mad if this was a one time thing but this has happened 3+ times. Also fun fact even when your in the hospital they still make you go to the appointment or you’ll still be charged 100$. Also advanced psychiatry has a horrible automated text system I get texted atleast 4 times and day and calls every other day… stop asking me to review you guys your worse than my ex. Also the phone desk people are rude. All in all I’m not going to pay for your mistakes AP.

  My Dr. Is very helpful. She listens to me and pays close attention and adjusts my meds and care according to what fits best. I really appreciate that. Always on time and thorough every time. Thanks Dr. And Advanced Psychiatry

  I was expecting my first therapy appointment. What I got was an intake interview. The therapist was fine. In the end she said it may be another month or 2 before you can fit me in and suggested I try another company l. Why even take me as patient if you don't have anyone that can help me? I am very disappointed. I have already been waiting weeks. Update 3/7/26 This company is terrible!! Don't waste your time. I still have not heard back from these people about an appointment. I have been waiting for an actual therapy appointment since I got a referral to them back in December. Don't waste your time. Really?? Why didn't they just say they couldn't take me? Instead I have been waiting and waiting MONTHS now and still no appointment. I don't have to be seen in person. I can Zoom from anywhere on the planet. You mean to tell me they started the patient intake process 2 months ago and still have no one to see me. That is ridiculous!! Try Doctors on Demand or even Amazon Health. These guys are a black hole!
