I give them 5 stars, since my son started with the therapies we noticed changes little by little, the whole team did a great job they were very professional and patient with my little one. I really appreciate all their support in the process, after a year my son graduated and we are very happy with the results. Thank you ❤️

If I could give this place 0 stars, I absolutely would. Don’t be fooled by the 5-star reviews many of them are written by their own management and staff. My son did not receive the quality treatment he deserved. The front office staff is rude and unprofessional they act like they don’t even want to be there. Management seems to care only about money, not the kids or their progress. My son’s former BI even shared how poor the internal communication is, how favoritism is common, and how management talks badly about staff behind their backs. This isn’t just about one bad experience it’s a pattern coming from the top.I truly feel bad for the employees who are trying their best under such toxic leadership. If you’re a parent who’s serious about getting real, high quality ABA therapy for your child, please look elsewhere. This is not the place.

Our team at 360 Behavioral has helped in making a huge difference in our lives. Staff is kind, patient, and dedicated. They have become a part of our family. We are extremely thankful for the guidance, support, and the devotion in our daughter’s development. She has thrived thanks to everyone that has worked with her. Forever grateful.

360 behavioral health has been a great help for me and my son, i was struggling alot with his attention and elopement and our team has been able to help us understand his behavior and has taught me how to manage it, they also communicate with me regarding my son plans and goals and have empower me with knowledge, no me canso de decir que ellas me han ayudado mucho muchas gracias 360 behavioral health specially elizabeth, marlene and dahiana gracias!
