  I found Zylem Ketamine Wellness while seeking treatment to help with menopause symptoms. I was struggling with irritability, inability to focus, and lack of motivation. Based on the first phone consultation, I knew I had found the right treatment and the right place. Peter and Dr Tran are both incredibly knowledgeable and professional, as well as kind and compassionate individuals. Peter's coaching was like nothing I've ever experienced. We dug deep and discovered old thought patterns and habits that were worsened by menopause but needed changing none the less. Going through ketamine infusions while exploring new and productive thoughts and behaviors has made life much more pleasant and positive. I have motivation again, and my focus and concentration have improved significantly. I've also discovered a sense of calm and non reactive thinking during challenging times. As it turns out, this has been a lifelong struggle and changing this alone has made the most impact for me professionally and personally. The infusion room is very comfortable and clean, and I felt perfectly safe during the infusion knowing that Dr Tran was monitoring every aspect of it.

  I cannot thank Peter and Anthony enough for this entire experience. I’ve explored different modalities to help with my anxiety and depression and the Zylem team helped me understand how ketamine therapy could benefit me. I was excited, nervous, curious, anxious going into this, hoping to alleviate some of the restraints that I felt kept me from living my life to the fullest. I finished my series and left feeling hopeful, ambitious, capable, and confident. I best described my life before treatment as fulfilling a role and completing a script that had been written by someone other than me. Now, after treatments, I feel as though I have full control over what my life can be. I'm not fulfilling anyone else's idea or expectation of who I should be. There’s still a long road ahead, but the catalyst that ketamine therapy offered to me is incredible.
