  I met with Shira Crohn today for the first time, and I cannot be happier. She was thorough, kind, knowledgable and most importantly gave me hope. I felt heard and understood, and not rushed at all. They are always so helpful with anything I need, specifically Veronica who is so quick and efficient in answering my emails and helping me with things like ESA letters.
