Update: 1/9/2026: Apparently they do not plan on turning over a new leaf in the new year. I just received another call (my daughter has an appointment next week) saying that I owe $100 for past appointments. At this point this is just harassment. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this company unless you want your mental health to decline due to the ridiculous incompetence of the office staff. It's really too bad because I love my daughter's care provider. Update 12/2025: One month later and the incompetence continues. My daughter has another appointment scheduled for tomorrow and I just received a call from the office saying I owe $80 for past appointments. This, after I received an email from the supervisor saying I had a $0 balance as of October 16 (the date of her last appointment.) It's kind of hard to rack up more copays if you haven't had any appointments. Screenshot of the email below as proof that the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing at this place. This review is for the office staff. They are incompetent and rude. They keep telling me I owe them a bunch of money, when I have paid faithfully after each appointment and my patient portal shows a negative balance (meaning they owe me money). They have called, texted, and emailed me multiple times per day. Today they called me 4 times within a 5 minute period because I didn't answer the first call (I was driving). When they text, the grammar and wording do not sound professional. To be honest, it feels like a scam. As for psychiatric care, I love my daughter's provider. She listens and really seems to care. It's too bad the office staff ruin the experience.

I put up with a disorganized front office that repeatedly spam-called me while I was at work, struggled to understand basic communication, and mishandled copayments, all in the hope that the actual care would be worth it. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. My experience with Kizzy Parker was condescending, cold, and confusing. Her communication style lacked empathy and clarity, and instead of feeling supported or guided, I left feeling worse and more disoriented than when I arrived. She came across as disengaged and unhappy to be there, which directly impacted the quality of care. Mental health treatment requires professionalism, patience, and human warmth. This experience fell short on all three. I would not recommend this provider. Update : i cancelled my services and their billing team calls, says i owe them $50 then from 50 to $90 then proceeded charge me $120 … HORRIBLE OFFICE STAFF & COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL .

I love Advanced Psychiaty! Everyone is amazing there. Thankyou Joseph for being so kind to me all the time, and sending me reminders to help not forget important visits. Thank you so much. Iam so excited to visit with my Doctor Miss Rachel. She is a great doctor. She actually helped me with a medacine my primary Doctor gave me that I was being very stubborn about taking. The way she explained it to me by sharing a personal experience with me. Not only changed my mind about the medicine, it proved to me she really cares about her people. Thank you Joseph and Miss Rachel. God bless you both!

Arthur was EXTREMELY helpful in solving a problem for me. He was so kind in attempting to get a doctor to call in a prescription for me when I was completely out.

Peter is great and I really appreciate him taking time to speak to me as a mother with the permission from my daughter. I just believe as a mother of a mental health patient the provider cannot efficiently assist the patient without feedback from the family as well. I feel like it is very important for a family to be involved. Having someone like Peter take time out their busy schedule to explain the diagnosis really means a lot and it just help families understand what they are dealing with.
