Dr. Chough has a wonderful bedside manner. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and he really did his best to make my EMG less torturous. (He can’t help the pain felt by individuals.) I felt that he truly cared about me as an individual & wanted to do what he could to help me figure out what’s going on with my body. The only note I have is that the scheduler didn’t tell me that I needed to wear shorts & not wear lotion on my legs/feet at all. Thankfully, I forgot to do so the day of my appointment so it worked out. The office staff was friendly & as helpful as they could be (limits do exist). I’ll definitely go back when I need to.

Our doctor is great, but the scheduling practices smack of medical malpractice. My husband has Parkinsons and last saw the PA in February. She changed his medicine and told us to schedule an appt with the Dr. (Neurologist) in 4 weeks. She told us the scheduler would try to put us out farther, but she said to tell them SHE SAID 4 weeks. We told the scheduler and she put us down for JUNE 4th. That's FOUR MONTHS OUT! And today they called to reschedule. AND THEY SAY NOTHING IS AVAILABLE UNTIL DECEMBER. A total of more than TEN MONTHS from when the PA told us we NEEDED to see the Neurologist. Clearly the health and well-being of a seriously ill patient/customer on psychotropic medicine is not a consideration. This absolutely is MEDICAL MALPRACTICE and we find this scheduling formula completely unacceptable. We love the doctor-when we can see him. Two-words...class-action.

With all the day today challenges of life, it's easy to forget an appointment but The team always sends me reminders of my appointment. The Doctor is very kind and gives me time to share my concerns with her. I LOVE her patience.

What a great place every one very polite and make you feel comfortable. The 2 techs in back were awesome , made an MRI pleasant, I've had many MRI s ,we know they are no fun , the music was great bc you could actually hear it and not any of the noise from machine . They kept me warm and checked on me , when it was possible. The best place ever. Thank you guys❤️
