  My therapist took 2 years to report activity I had been telling her about all along. My employment specialist wants to use ChatGPT for every conversation and anything that is written. She is also avoiding helping me with handling being wrongfully terminated from my job. I was definitely discriminated against and it was retaliation. She'd rather I move on to another job. Not helpful. Good therapists are leaving Diversus enough that it makes it difficult to establish any sort of trust with a therapist. Their staff is overworked and underpaid and half the time I feel like I'm the therapist. I've been with them ever since they bought out Aspenpoint. They are government funded and the finding is now in Denver. Colorado Springs has very little resources and the ones we have are abysmal.

  Staff are some of the best I’ve had in a long time. My therapist has changed my life. I will always love this company. Thank you for all you have done.

  Excellent all around organization. Has more to offer than any company/private treatment providers I have come across in the decades of treatment I have been learning of professionals. Multiple locations convenient and on bus routes. Convenient hours and options for meeting e.g. in person or by video or at center in TV room to conduct appointments. Nice views on Moreno and near groceries, breakfast and lunch/dinner, gas and library. Up to date, knowledgeable, patient, friendly, intelligent, calming, holistic-friendly, sanitized, quiet, safe, spacious, mini pharmacy, private/clean restrooms and, a variety of groups. Accepts Medicaid etc. Affordable services and beyond only mental health.

  I cannot speak to the company as a whole, but my peer specialist Karissa has been fantastic. Over the time I've spent with her in sessions I have overcome hurdles that I did not expect. Speaking with someone who is caring and knows how to listen has been spectacular for my mental health. Karissa is fantastic and knows how to help those in need. My only note would be that while some of the front desk staff is generally very helpful, this facility sees many different clients. It would be in the companies best interest to reeducate some of them to understand what to say and what not to say in front of clients. For instance, not talking about how annoying pronouns are or generally discussing "hot button issues" in front of clients.

  I'm never actually been a part of a program or done therapy to where it actually seemed effective I have to say Michael Cleveland and Mark Lugo which are my therapist and psychiatrist happen to be some of the best people I know they are truly there for the people instead of the money in this whole facility is amazing I can't say that enough
