I can’t say enough positive things about Mindset TMS. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and supported. The entire team is kind, understanding, and goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. The treatments help find clarity, balance, and renewed motivation. I gave a 1 star due to how i was treated. No one deserves to be treated so rude and with such contempt. There was no last minute request, I have been on the prescription you are referring to for 3 years (previous providers have trusted me enough to leave me with refills, although with Madison I have request every 30 days). It took over a week to resolve the issue, not a few hours. The pharmacist says your office received the fax 12/22, your office says it did not, so as the patient I am caught in the middle, not a good place to be. In the meantime I was off my medication for over a week, so it would have been nice to be treated with empathy and care, not meanness and contempt.
