  According to the scheduling person, they ONLY see new patients that are referred from a PCP for epilepsy. They dont handle any other neuro related issues at this office. I asked her who i should contact then if I had the wrong neuro department and she said I needed to have my referral changed to UC health or somewhere else and gave dr recommendations that were uc health providers. This was quite confusing considering the information online shows many neuro issues are handled here. So who was wrong? The website or the scheduler that didn't want to schedule someone?

  Today 1/12/2026 I called at 2:45 pm saying I will be there by 3:06 pm for my appointment at 3 pm . They said they have a strict 10 min window , by the time I reached it was 3:09 pm the front desk lady Danielle looked for the time said it was 3:09 pm so she can let me go through the system entered all my details . This was a follow up appointment. Then she gave me few papers after taking electronic signatures to fill them out . Paper work was simple straight forward yes/ no options. Meanwhile at 3:15 pm front desk lady calls me and says since it’s past 3:10 pm the provider Jennifer Sousa NP will not be providing the care / service. I said but if I showed up after 3:10 pm then it makes sense ? The front desk lady went to call her manager Brittany and she was repeating the same thing for over 3 times that the provider will not see me . I stopped to tell her I drove 45 mins just to come this far showed up at 3:09 pm I was electronically checked in and still I will not be seen!! I asked for reason once again so she said other patients behind me will be delayed, which was false as the patient waiting lobby was empty and mine was the last appointment for the day . Such unprofessional behavior wasn’t expected from ‘NP’ and it reflects that AdventHealth Medical Group Neuroscience at Littleton at 7780 S Broadway, suite 350 Littleton 80122 has lost its priority to be patient centric . Sad to see the standards dropping. I would not recommend any one to deal with this kind of rude unprofessional behavior!
