If I could give this practice 0 stars, I would. Never in my life have I dealt with such an insane billing issue. My doctor was wonderful, so this is not on them whatsoever. However, the practice makes you sign a financial contract before ever seeing a doctor - no problem, didn’t think anything of it at the time. Just your standard “I’ll pay my copay and any remaining balance” sort of thing. What I was unaware of, was that they charge over $700 for one single telehealth appointment. I saw a charge on my account for nearly $300 from this doctors office at 10pm on a Friday and had a near heart attack. Of course it was so late AND a weekend that there was nothing I could do until Monday morning. It took close to two hours to even get anyone from the billing department on the phone - only to be told that there was nothing they could do about the charge and that their practice has a contracted rate with health insurance companies. They billed my insurance for over $700 for one single TELEHEALTH (not even in person!) appointment to establish care. Absolutely insane. Steer clear of this place unless you somehow have thousands of dollars to pay out of pocket for medical expenses.

The staff at Family Care Ctr are all polite, friendly and professional. They helped me with all the "new patient forms" and were very accomadating. Also, meeting with Dr Ziv for the first time was a rewarding experience. I feel fortunate to have discovered such an inciteful down to earth psychiatrist and look forward to our next session. Dave H.

Nikki is the shizz tho! Coming through to see he for therapy is mentally freeing & rewarding. We talk about my life & thoughts, what to do & where to seek aid. She's very welcoming & easy to talk to each week, so I'm very glad for it!!

Erin Knudson is a terrible therapist and continually betrays patient trust. She will talk to anyone at any time about things that are extremely confidential to a patient. She shouldn’t be employed as a therapist and I strongly advise anyone from discussing anything personal with her. Additionally, office staff has been previously notified, and nothing has been acted upon remedy the situation.

Definitely recommend Dr. Haleigh Zwart for psychiatry services! She's an amazing active listener and responds with compassion and intellect. I especially appreciate that she is human-centered, and does not just believe medication will solve any issue at hand. She emphasizes the importance of nutrition, habits, and even the female hormone cycle. Having a doctor who considers all parts of the body, rather than just treating symptoms, is something insanely valuable in today's medicinal practices! It's also great that my Colorado ACA insurance covers my care. I definitely see myself being her patient for the foreseeable future.
