I’ve been a patient at Frontier Neurology for several years, and they’ve consistently been detailed, punctual, and fully engaged at every visit. It’s clear they truly care and are committed to finding the source of the issues rather than giving surface-level answers. They take the time to explain things and focus on creating the right treatment plan. I appreciate their professionalism and the level of attention they give each appointment. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Pocsine & all of her staff! They are all amazing. She is a very astute physician, she is empathetic, caring, and truly listens. She includes me and my family in all the decisions regarding my care. Her MA Michelle is wonderful as well and super attentive and knowledgeable. I highly recommend the practice!

The doctors are great, but the admin team is horrible. Always rolling their eyes and sighing at check in. I always get multiple bills for what I already paid in office. It takes forever to actually reach someone in billing, and their answer is that the billing department can't see in office transactions ("their systems don't speak to each other"). I dont understand why I'm required to pay in office then. They would never notice then if someone made a duplicate payment per their reasoning (paying in office and then through the billing department after mailing a statement). Keep receipts of anything paid! Seems like the billing is fraudulent. I work at a medical office that has a whole separate accounting department. Claiming the systems don't speak to one another isn't natural. I always remember when and how I paid, but I guarantee many others with memory issues are accidentally paying for their visits twice.
