Review of The Reach Program Our experience with The Reach Program was extremely disappointing and harmful rather than helpful. The program was highly unprofessional and failed to provide any meaningful support for our child’s mental health needs. Instead of offering compassion, structure, or evidence-based care, we were met with judgmental attitudes and a lack of understanding. We also felt that our family was treated differently because we are a diverse family. There were comments and behaviors that felt discriminatory rather than supportive, which only added to the stress of an already difficult situation. A mental health program should be a safe and inclusive space, and this was not our experience. There was no clear or lasting treatment plan, no measurable goals for progress, and no long-term strategy to support patients after discharge. When concerns were raised, accountability was avoided, and policies appeared to be changed or cited inconsistently when it suited the program, rather than being applied transparently. Overall, The Reach Program demonstrated a lack of professionalism, ethics, and genuine care for the patients and families they serve. We would not recommend this program to families seeking serious, compassionate, and structured mental health support.

Great program for making real changes to improve your mental/physical health, especially the mood disorder track. It has been a game changer for. Staff is very knowledgeable and great to work with.

Felt Very Safe...Protected...Respected At This Place. Although we All Have Different Personalities...The Social Workers....We're Extremely Vibrant...Caring...Passionate.

They do not really care about your health or follow CDC guidelines. They make up there own rules to suit them. There are lots of IOPs in the area, go to one that actually cares about mental health. They had me fill out something stating i hate being left alone and then left me alone for over 40 minutes. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

Horrible program. Underfunded so they only have one clinician with a group of 10+ people. Psych techs don’t have enough training.
