Dr. Shahab absolutely transformed my life. I went from being diagnosed bipolar and being hospitalized frequently to now happier than ever, almost completely free of anxiety and more stable than I’ve ever been. It was a process but she was so supportive and helped me each step of the way. I truly don’t know where I would be without her. Highly recommend!

DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR! Completely unreliable on so many levels. Often cancels appointments, very often. A lot of times she will cancel the day of the appointment as well. Drags her feet refilling important medications, sometimes by weeks! But will always have some excuse as to why it wasn’t filled. During Covid she switched to phone call visits that she would do from home. It’s now 2024 and she still has not gone back to in person visits. She always says “Call me with any issues” but when you do call the receptionist will always tell you she is working from home and will get a message to her. She never calls back. Not to mention that Dr Shahab has had lawsuits against her and her practice in the past. It’s just a google search away. This Dr does NOT care about you, only the money she receives from you.

Dr. Shahab met me at one of the lowest times of my life. I was depressed, overwhelmed, I suffered from extreme anxiety and multiple panic attacks daily. My quality of like was gone! I was being prescribed other medications from other drs and I was still suffering. Nothing was working for me. After meeting with Dr Shahab, I not only felt as though she was actually listening to me, I knew she was desperate to help me. My treatment plan was not fixed magically over night but because Dr Shahab kept trying and didn’t give up on me, she was able to properly diagnose me . Nothing about my mental health diagnosis was easy and it was definitely not common to have the multiple disorders I have. Eventually, after trial and error, I finally felt as if I was living again, not only just living, I wanted to live. I was able to go back to work, back to doing my everyday activities, back to being a good mother and also, I was able to give up self medicating myself with heroin and other medications. Needless to say, this February 19th, I will have 16 years clean off of heroin and I am going on my 10th year straight without any panic attacks! Dr Shahab saved my life! I can’t believe that some people here leaving reviews thought that it was necessary to copy and paste news articles in place of their own thought up, written reviews. How pathetic is it when you can’t even come up with your own thoughts, words and write a review yourself. At least if you are going to post something about someone, write the post yourself from your own experiences and in your own words. If you can’t do so and have to copy word for word from someone else’s accusations, I suggest that just maybe you find a hobby or something, one you are familiar with. Going around writing reviews on situations you know nothing about makes you look like a complete fool! Let me guess, most of the people here leaving bad reviews are just upset that this dr saw through your drug seeking attempts and didn’t fall for it. It’s always the ones who are the worst people who sit there and try to destroy others instead of fixing your own issues. Unless you were there, working with or for shahab, you don’t know a thing about any of what she went through. Next time, use your own brain, stay off the copy and paste buttons.

Appointment scheduled for 9 am March 6 by QTC for the VA. Drove 75 miles in the fog to arrive in time for appointment and while waiting outside I received a call, at 8:15, from their office cancelling the appointment and telling me they notified QTC. I went into the office to have the medical administrator acknowledge me being there and she refuse to sign t o validate my presence. I left, and immediately notified QTC at 8:30 am. I later received a call from QTC telling me then never received a call from the Doctor or her staff. Now in reading her reviews, I see that this has occurred to many veterans on numerous occasions

We drove 95 miles on Nov 1st and Dr. Shahab had called in sick the day of my appointment !!! Thanks so much to her staff, who CALLED THE WRONG PERSON to tell them that the Dr. wasnt going to be in. Do a Google search on this Dr. and you will find that they were ordered to pay over $800,000 for fraudulent claims they made!!! Stay away from this provider! They also told the VA that I was a "No Show".
