I have had a great experience getting through the process of getting service when my former doctor suddenly passed away. It has been a difficult road to navigate in finding new care and Maria, new patient coordinator, was fantastic. She was helpful in every way possible and explained everything that needed to be explained. She was great and I am looking forward, hopefully, to a great appointment even though it is quite a ways out on the calendar. Customer service is so important and I appreciate the approach they have.

All of my experiences have been positive. When contacting the billing department regarding coverage questions, payments and balances I have had expedited resolutions to any issue. That being said, all of the issues have been on my side with regards to my coverage and the administrative staff has been extremely kind and helpful. My provider, Ann Cook, is educated and experienced and has been critical in my healing process. I cannot recommend this practice enough.

Everyone in the office is courteous and nice. Very relaxing environment. My provider asks the questions that are necessary to get me the proper meds. She also listens to my input when making these decisions. I understand she is not a counselor. I have someone else I go to vent and talk. I usually read reviews before scheduling appt with new providers and was afraid of what I would experience on my first visit but psychiatrist are hard to find so I tried anyway. I am glad I did.

I to am sorry for the people that had a bad experience. I how ever have been going here for almost a year on and off now. And I have had seen doctors in my life time. It is hard to find the right fit. And you need someone that is the right fit to help you. I have found that here. They work with my life, which is rear. My therapist has been amazing and I have recommended them to several people all happy with them. One could not find the help they needed through them but did find the right doctor. I gave them 5 stars because the earned each and everyone.

I started there as a new patient, with Dr.T have great insurance and thought that this company would provide me with a great experience since they were one of the few accepting new patients but now I know why... The receptionist there....horrible service, very rude maybe they have her there because no one wants to probably work there because if I was the owner of that place I would not have a receptionist like that. Very serious, looks miserable, like one of those people who hate their jobs but are just there for the paycheck. I am a single mom, go to school and have two jobs my schedule is crazy, they call you a week before to confirm the appointment. How in the world with everything that people have going on, you will set a reminder ONE reminder on Monday when her appointment is next Friday. Like people have no life. So I missed two appointments and the doctor decided to close my case. Mind you... without notice, no call, no voicemail, no letter, no referral. Complete abandoned me as a patient without a care in the world about how that would affect me whatsoever. I thought that doctors took an oath when terminating a relationship with a patient and if they do they must refer the patient, or provided some solution. Atleast a 30 day notice. I called in to confirm my second appointment and was told I would be called back about coming in for the appointment. No Call back. Called a week after and was told by the rude miserable receptionist that goes by A that my case was closed. Asked if another doctor can assist, she stated there was no other psychiatrist in the office. I googled psychiatrist in the area and stumble upon a doctor that does in fact work there. Called confused the rude receptionist said oh yeaaaaa he is not accepting any patients. Inform the receptionist I will leave a voicemail just to see if he would because of my situation (getting abandoned) he would make an exception, the rude receptionist said "why? He is not taking any new patients at all" Like I am so upset right now! I think that is the worst I have ever been treated, really bad service; I would've probably maybe understood the decision, If I was a difficult patient, maybe rude idk I'm trying to come up with an excuse but I'm freaking awesome and probably the easiest patient but because I missed 2(two) appointments? Really? Makes no sense to me. And now I am almost running out of my prescription and I have no psychiatrist. I guess some of you guys got lucky with your doctor I for one if i can give 0 stars I would. I guess maybe they were like she missed two appointments, we can't charge the insurance companies there. And if is like that wow then I see how eithical this place is. And I will make sure I report it.
