Absolutely wonderful experience, have been seeing Susan for about five years now and she has been vital in my mental health journey. I can’t imagine finding anyone better. She is calm, attentive and considerate for all my needs and is willing to work with my constant schedule changes. Her thoughtful approach takes away a lot of the pressure that comes with talk therapy, allowing me to easily reflect on past issues while also working towards self-growth.

The whole CMHS team is awesome! It was super easy to schedule just by making a phone call with Myrna and being able to see someone the next day! The clinicians create a safe and comfortable environment for people to work on themselves and get the help they need. Shout out to Myrna, Irene, Eric and Heather!

Working with Heather has been absolutely LIFE CHANGING! She is more than just a therapist, she’s a true pillar of support who has helped me rebuild my life from the ground up.
