  Had my 2nd appointment at 8:40, arrived at 8:40. I was almost immediately confronted by Dr Harding scolding me for being "late" and should have arrived at 8:25 to have my blood pressure taken. If I was to be seen at 8:25, then the appointment would have in fact been for 8:25 and made for 8:25. Fine, whatever, a misunderstanding. I assumed maybe she was just having a bad morning, it happens. Against my better judgement I waited 50 minutes at her insistence because she said she had an opening at 9:30. At that time, she again bizarrely grilled me about my ability to show up on time in the future before discussing treatment options for me to discuss with my primary psychiatrist. Two weeks later I received a generic copy/paste email saying they would not be treating me. I am lucky to be okay, but imagine if this had happened to someone halfway through a round of TMS or ketamine treatment. Surely many people with depression struggle with everyday life tasks and difficulty with punctuality is probably not uncommon. I don't doubt Dr Harding's understanding of psychiatry and pharmacology, but she is young and her soft skills seem inadequate for clinical care. I'm sure she would be great in a research/teaching role at university. At the end of the day, her clients are her choice but I would not entrust the treatment of a loved one or invest treatment time/resources with a fickle provider.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. This clinic completely let my mother down after months of promises that she would receive treatment. She waited over three months, jumping through every hoop they required, including getting medically cleared for treatment. Despite doing everything they asked, they still failed to treat her. As a result, her mental health suffered tremendously yet again. It almost seemed as if their priority was to keep billing her insurance for endless appointments rather than actually providing the care she needed. The disorganization and lack of professionalism are appalling. This clinic operates like a backdoor strip mall mental health facility, offering no accountability or genuine care for their patients. The negative reviews on this page perfectly align with our experience, highlighting a deeply flawed and uncaring system. What’s even more disgraceful are the condescending, snarky responses from the clinic owner to negative reviews. Instead of addressing legitimate concerns, the responses reflect arrogance and an utter lack of professionalism. It’s clear that patient care is not their priority. I plan to pursue action against this clinic with the state mental health board, as no one else should have to endure the neglect, false promises, and lack of care my mother experienced. If you’re considering this clinic for yourself or a loved one, please look elsewhere. Find a reputable facility that genuinely cares about its patients. I regret not heeding the warning signs in these reviews earlier, as it could have saved us months of frustration and heartbreak. (Update to the response to my review from Dr Harding). No you don’t Lisa. Your medical license should be under review. Shame on you. You’re a bad person. Anyone who needs treatment should avoid this person and go to Yale where there are very qualified doctors who can help.

  Very disappointing - made me feel bad about myself and has no empathy, patience, or compassion for her patients. She completely disregarded my emotions and how I feel.

  I’m 42 years old and have been under the care of numerous psychiatrists for the past 22 years (too many to remember them all). Dr. Lisa Harding is by far and away the VERY BEST psychiatrist I’ve ever had. Dr. Harding provides the highest quality patient care - completely thorough, educated & highly compassionate. I’m continually blown away by her knowledge and expertise. She truly cares for her patients. Anyone that has the opportunity to be treated by Dr. Harding is blessed. She literally saved my life (ketamine!) and is now working with me to have a successful pregnancy. Office staff: Patrick is amazing. He works tirelessly with my difficult insurance company. His presence at my office visits is always quietly reassuring. He is professional and kind. Saudia is welcoming and helpful with coordinating schedules. She follows up when I forget to call her back. I appreciate her patience. Logistics: Office wait times are minimal. The online tool for messaging, forms, etc. are a breeze. Dr. Harding has made herself readily available in times of need. You will not find better care! I’m not sure why this other person provided a low rating except to say that not all people are easy to please. Something is off as her review is not indicative of reality. I cannot state enough how much I’ve appreciated finding Dr. Harding. Truly one of a kind!

  Terrible practice. Lisa made personal judgements about me in less than five minutes of conversation. After a very confusing consultation they went MIA for a month, then blatantly hung up in my face mid conversation when reconnecting for no reason. Very unprofessional and clearly doesn’t care to grasp the importance of the services they provide. The services provided are an obvious system milking money grab by wannabe elites who very clearly communicated feeling entitled and “better than” the patients they claim to serve. This was my experience.
