want to share my experience to help others. The clinic prescribed me mirtazapine and other medications, but they did not provide proper warnings about side effects, withdrawal risks, or how to safely stop the medication. I had never experienced anxiety like this before taking it, and following their instructions has caused severe withdrawal symptoms that continue 37 days later, including extreme anxiety, dizziness, panic waves, and elevated blood pressure. Attempts to get guidance from the clinic were met with dismissal. On one occasion, I was threatened with authorities for calling about my symptoms. The owner often does not listen to patients and seems to respond by prescribing more medication rather than addressing concerns. Patients deserve to be informed, supported, and heard. The lack of knowledge, guidance, and listening at this clinic has caused lasting harm. I hope others are better informed before seeking care here. I do not recommend this psychiatrist at all. Please, do your research before seeing any psychiatrist, especially when it comes to medications. Medicines are powerful and can have serious consequences, so you need to be fully informed about what you’re taking, the side effects, and how to stop safely. This clinic does not properly explain what is happening during appointments, or how medications affect you. Patients deserve to understand their care, be informed, and have their concerns heard not dismissed. Be cautious and make sure you know exactly what you’re getting into.

I should have paid attention to reviews before making my first appointment with these doctors. I was originally scheduled with Kelly Jaziri then on the day of my phone meeting her father Walid called. Decided to keep meeting with him but to my surprise, not even ONCE he was able to meet at the schedule time. It was not a matter of 5 minutes earlier or 5 minutes later, sometimes a full hour difference or the calls were even on different dates than agreed. This inconsistency didn’t help with getting my ADHD meds on time, also didn’t help my very busy lifestyle as a solo parent of a baby. I told the doctor as well as front desk staff that I needed to keep appointments at scheduled time, but issue was never fixed. After deciding to give them one last try, I called and they promised an ON TIME app with an APRN. Once again, they called whenever they felt like calling. Very disrespectful! The fact that they disregard patients time is beyond comprehension to me. As a result, I ended the relationship with them. They never apologized nor seem to care. Terrible place!!! Do not recommend.

DO NOT COME HERE! There is absolutely no way to contact your doctor for any questions regarding any medicine you're on. The patient portal has a message tab, but it is useless and unchecked. I had a question about my medicine today, and as the messages are not checked, I called the office. They told me that since it's a phone call, they can bill me for an extra appointment even if it's just a 5 minute call. This wouldn't need to be the case if the messages were checked regularly. This tells me that the messages being ignored is a deliberate way to get you to pay them more. They don't check messages and force you to call ON PURPOSE so that you need to pay them more money. DO. NOT. COME HERE.

PLEASE, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD AND YOUR OWN MENTAL SANCTITY DO NOT COME HERE. It is full of malpractice. It will make you crazy. Please read the comments before even calling them!! I came there when I was at Rock bottom and all he did was made it worse. I’m afraid to leave my home now. I was diagnosed with a agoraphobia. He had never once even evaluated me. He just assumed based off Diagnosis of which I told him I had no symptoms. He Didn’t listen. He lied to me on multiple occasions, it exacerbated My paranoia to a level that was I had never experienced before. I had to have my mother sit next to me and take Notes to make sure I wasn’t crazy. I wasn’t. He had been Promising me that I would get back to Treatment plan that I had been on that worked. Mind you this is the only treatment plan that has ever worked for me and he led me on for a year telling me that I would Get it, lying about The time frames. I have it all documented. I know I could never win a court case against a place like this, but it definitely needs to be investigated for malpractice. Not only that but neglect. You can’t just have your receptionist be the one to speak with your patience about not only what could be secretive problems that people are holding back because it’s not somebody they’re comfortable with or know. What if I needed my medication changed? Which he always refused to do. He refused to listen to me. He never once evaluated me. He needs to take on less patients, retake courses, listen to his patient, talk to his patient, evaluate his patience, respect his patience. It was ridiculous. He wouldn’t even listen to me. It felt like I was in an argument every single time I spoke with him. It turned me into a person. I never thought I could be. Such an angry person.. So desperate for the help that I would never receive. Please, for the love of God shut this place down.

Receptionist are VERY rude. I called the office to ask if my husband's prescription could be sent to a different pharmacy as our pharmacy said his prescription was on backorder. The receptionist said I sent him a message there is nothing else I can do.I asked if we would heae back by end of day ( Friday) if he was able to send it over or not. And I asked if they were open over the weekend ( as some offices can be) she rudly said " oh no absolutely not, don't jinks it, 5 days a week here is enough". I called back after hours as I called the pharmacy and still no RX on file. The office did call the pharmacy and they said the RX was on order and the on call person said to me " what elts do you want me to do, I answered you after hours" This Medication seems to be on back order from all pharmacies. And no one had been able offer an alternative or suggestion. That's my concern...
