  I worked with the most experienced therapist in the Orlando area. Lainy Peralta by far has to be one of the best therapist when dealing with trauma. Being a Licensed Mental Health Therapist that focuses with clients that are dealing with anxiety, depression, and also in the need of play therapy, Lainy is that dedicated therapist. She goes above and beyond to make sure that all her clients receive the best counseling possible. I strongly recommend Lainy Peralta as a therapist because she has a heart of gold and truly cares about her clients.

  Lainy changed my life completely! I’ve tried many therapists, psychologists and even got on medication for years but I never felt good. Lainy asked the right questions from the start and prepared a detail weekly plan tailored for me (Which nobody has done before.) I remember going home and reading over it. It was so structured and well thought out. Very much like a roadmap, with a starting location, route to follow, all the way to the desired destination. *Just Knowing that a destination actually existed and all I had to do was show up and do the work, kept me going to my appointments, even if it was hard for me. I just wanted to arrive and experience the healed life I’ve always wanted.* I did EMDR and Sand Tray therapy. My treatment was twice a week for about 6-7 weeks. I’m now a confident woman, financially savvy, business owner, happily married. I’m no longer afraid of living life on my own terms. I know my tools & resources and utilize them to keep growing. Lainy is my angel.
