Jessica is the only good thing about the clinic. They talk about you when you leave the room, they don’t value your time. And they are very rude for no reason.

Run away! Most unprofessional office I have ever been to. First walk in and greeted with the meanest front receptionist I’ve ever talked to. Then the Doctor treated me with the most disrespectful manner the entire time questioned me and pretty much called me a liar without ever seeing my charts. Extremely unprofessional. There’s a reason they are 2 star on here. An hour on hold on phone every time I called and still no answer. There’s no way to leave a message as the voicemails are full. Met one nice person at this office. Everyone else is EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude. Went to give blood here and informed the nurse I pass out with needles and need to lay down she rolled her eyes and told me there’s no beds and she needed to “hurry up go home because her shift was almost over” and sternly (almost yelling) told me to go wait in the waiting room. Then heard her in the room complain about me to the other nurse. She came out and told me to go elsewhere. They couldn’t help me. Not a good look. How is this ok?

Was treated both with dignity and in a timely manner... This was a difficult process and they were there to answer my questions at the time of my appointment... That being said, neither my primary doctor not my pharmacy could reach them to set up my initial prescription, and they have some difficulty returning phone calls

Newish to the area 🖖🏽, I made my appointment a couple weeks ago asked for a text reminder because I have a terrible memory …I got one text telling me my appointment was at 2:00 . I am scheduling transportation so this morning I called to confirm the time and was told I had three appointments from 1-3 pm and the receptionist was completely amused and really unsympathetic that I could have potentially missed my appointment there was NO accountability to be had ! I ended up hanging up out of frustration and immediately scheduling and appointment at the care center in Orlando 🤷🏽 They do have 4 and a half stars
