Not a reassuring experience as a whole. The first therapist could only see me every two weeks. To start with a new therapist to meet every two weeks defeats the purpose of building a rapport. The second therapist, Karin Witte, seemed encouraging. I did notice no one seemed to have their own private office. It was all generic, which makes it hard to get a sense or a feel as to who the therapist is. We started building trust between us, a rapport. On her own and without consulting with me she decided to only see me every two weeks. I didn't understand that but went along at first. It was not the same. My safety didn't feel reassured. I lost my confidence in this therapist. I missed a few sessions, but I did let her know. The last two sessions she never contacted me by zoom. Left me waiting. I let her know I was ready for her. Nothing. The second time she called me to tell me she no longer had me in her schedule. As simple as that. She never consulted or explained anything about her plans. She called me later that day after I called the office. I was shocked. I have never experienced anything so unprofessional and cold. Ms. Witte is not someone I would recommend. She does not seem very stable herself, not enough to be a therapist. Terrible treatment and experience. The company seems to lack seriousness. Starting with the receptionist, all the way to the therapists. Sincerely Maria Marquez

Dr Scheuerman is great! You felt completely comfortable talking to him, a very easygoing doctor. We have been his patient for a few years already!

Jordan was my therapist during one of the most broken times in my life. She helped me learn to love myself again and to believe in my own strength. I truly believe God placed her in my life, because I don’t think I’d be here today without her. My gratitude for her is something I’ll carry forever. If you ever find yourself in need of real help and are willing to put in the work, she is the person to turn to. I am a better woman because of the time I spent working with her. Thank you Jordan 🙏

Dr Schuerman saved my life. He was my doctor for about 8 or 9 years, before I had to move out of state. I had been suffering from all sorts of mental ailments. It took us a long time and there was a lot of frustration, but he worked tirelessly with me to find a solution to my mental health problems. If you have ever been to many doctors and tried many solutions, I recommend you go see Dr Schuerman at Southcoast Psychotherapy. Not only is he a fabulous man and doctor, but his office is in a gorgeous office building! If you’ve been short on luck with addiction or mental health problems like me, go see him! He is amazing. I promise you won’t regret it!

Dr. Schuerman is a highly educated guy who has a uncommon approach to evaluating issues. That is very impressive to me. Every other doctor I have ever seen is just "Pills, Pills, Pills" I'm hoping his novel approach ends up being effective. I've been suffering for a very long time...
