  I definitely have to give your office a high rating. My first visit in your Bonita Springs office was very satisfactory. The receptionist’s are very welcoming. Dr Plante is definitely very knowledgeable in his expertise. I really appreciated the fact that he took his time to listen to my concerns and explain to me what the plan is for the treatment he is considering for me. I also appreciate it. The fact that before we ended the office visit he asked me if I had any other questions or concerns. I will definitely refer friends or relatives or acquaintances to Dr. Plante.

  I have just started my journey with the memory treatment center, and April Stowers, specifically. I could not be more pleased with the service and attention that I have received. Ms. Stowers definitely has a passion for this area of health care and the knowledge that comes with passion. I read the review where somebody recently gave her one star and felt compelled to leave this review of my experience. I do not know the details of that interaction, I do know the interactions that I have had and they have all been excellent. I would not hesitate to get an appointment if you feel you need to get evaluated in this area. The only reason I saw that review is that I had to look up the information for two friends of mine that I am referring. There have been many advances in this area and do not base your decision on whether to make an appointment based on one review. Make your own appointment and have your own experience. I have recommended this center to five people now And will continue. The testing in the care is very comprehensive. If there is a history of memory loss in your family, there are ways of slowing The progression of the disease but catching it early is key.

  Dr McCarren and April evaluated my husband and ordered tests that were necessary to get to the bottom of his issues. They explained different options and treatments in great detail. They are so compassionate about their mission that we know we are in the right place. The infusion nurses Leslie and Izzy make you comfortable in their private infusion suites with their years of experience in IV administration. Explaining the medicines and process. No doubt the whole staff are understanding, welcoming and caring.

  I read all the reviews on Dr.McCarren and I thought they were all too good to be true, but they weren’t. He made me feel at ease. He was compassionate and caring as well as funny. He took my concerns seriously and took his time with me during my first visit. The staff was friendly as well. I received a phone call the same day I requested an appointment and I was scheduled in within the same week. I am glad I was referred to him, I had a great experience!
