I have been receiving counseling services from Space Coast Counseling and have been working with Lana for some time now, and I have to say that her help and insights have been invaluable to me. She has helped me get through difficult times and navigate many stressful situations and life changes. She has consistently offered support and encouragement as I work through different personal, interpersonal, and vocational challenges. She truly cares for her clients. I cannot recommend her and Space Coast Counseling enough!

I am very fortunate to have found Lana at Space Coast Counseling. She helped me deal with the stress and anxiety that I was experiencing in my life on a daily basis. She helped me learn about myself and to provide coping strategies for difficult situations. She is such a caring person that is so very easy to talk to about anything. I would highly recommend Lana to anyone.

I'm very fortunate to have been referred to Lana at Space Coast Counseling. She has helped me with so many things including coping, building confidence, better understanding myself and others. She sends appointment reminders before appointments which is very helpful. Since Covid we have used an online/video platform to continue our sessions and this has been very helpful and easy to use. I highly recommend Space Coast Counseling Center!

Counseling at Space Coast Counseling Center is more than just counseling it’s growth! These counselors offer real life tools to help you not only cope with life but learn how to live it. I look forward to my sessions-even years ago when they were more tough and more frequent! The current pandemic didn’t stop them from helping people either! The virtual sessions provide great face to face contact when we aren’t really seeing a lot of people. It’s helped me tremendously through this difficult time that we are all facing. Help is here!

I have worked with Lana now for a few months and feel comfortable with her counsel. She is teaching me tools that I apply in my day when I become uncomfortable. I am thankful that I found her at a time when I was desperately fighting stress all alone. I plan to continue working with Lana for additional therapy.
