  Jacob is hands down one of the best doctors I’ve ever been to. In a world where most places rush you in and out, he actually takes his time, listens, and makes you feel like you matter. You’re not just another number here. What really sets him apart is that he runs everything himself, and somehow still gives better care than most full offices. The experience feels personal, genuine, and comfortable from start to finish. He explains things clearly, answers every question, and never makes you feel rushed or overlooked. It’s rare to find a doctor like this anymore, someone who truly cares about their patients and takes pride in what they do. I’m honestly so glad I found him and would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

  Where do I even begin with a review for Jacob and Complexity Care? I have been with Jacob since he was working for someone else’s company. During those initial years, and still to this day, Jacob has helped me more than 99% of the other mental health professionals I’ve been in contact with. He’s an amazing professional that truly gets it and SEES you. This is why I followed him as a client when he started Complexity Care. There’s a reason “Care” is in the business name. They show you so much CARE and compassion! I would recommend them to anyone because they have literally saved my life…more than once…

  Have you ever seen a therapist and their response to everything was "How did that make you feel?" Yes, sometimes we just need someone to listen, but I wanted someone to encourage me and give me actions for improvement. That had been my experience and I was so frustrated that I had given up on therapy. Last year I was recommended to try online therapy and my initial thoughts of online therapy were not positive. However, I looked through the profiles and thought I may be a good match for Mr. Read. It's been a tremendously positive experience ever since. One of the biggest benefits is his well-rounded background and experience. If I have concerns about something medical, he can try to help me understand it better whereas my doctor rushes me in and out of the office after a 45 minute wait and I'm left giving myself a panic attack on WebMD or Google (if you know, you know). If I'm struggling mentally, he helps me and doesn't just keep trying a new med. He aims to treat the symptoms, not just throw another antidepressant at you. I can even speak to him about my Christian faith and struggles and that is SO refreshing. I highly recommend Mr. Read and Complexity Care!
