  I recently called the Stress and Anxiety Center to seek services for my 12 year old daughter. When I called I was immediately sent to voicemail. About an hour later one of the owners reached out to me. I tried to explained what was going on with my daughter and why I needed services for her. I was rudely interrupted and told my daughter needed to be Baker Act. This was after a minute of conversation. How can a person make that kind of assumption after being on the phone for a minute? I have worked in healthcare my whole life. I would be the first person to know if my daughter needed to be Baker Act. My daughter is at the age where children are defiant, confused, and emotional due to the many changes they are facing with puberty. The guy I spoke to has no business giving anyone therapy. Not once did he listen to my concerns he was just ready to write my child off as a delinquent who needs medication. He claim someone would reach out to me to set an appointment. After our phone conversation I knew I wouldn’t accept their services. I never received a call from them. This is not surprising because the guy on the phone made it clear that my child would have been a burden. I would think twice before seeking help from this establishment for therapy. No compassion at all.

  I couldn't be happier with my therapist Anide Charles. This woman is highly professional, compassionate, empathetic and genuinely cares!! It's a wonderful thing to have someone in your corner when you are having major difficulties in life. She is heaven sent.

  Two year out from this place I can say with complete peace of mind that this will not help you long term. I was given a recommendation for my medical marijuana card on top of a 50mg Zoloft prescription. I experienced medically doctored psychosis and was pushed away from a healing process. If you want long term health do not come here they will help you in the short term and leave you out to dry.

  This review is straight forward and not out of malice.After being treated for almost 7months or more I as a client am very disappointed with the outcome of services recieved . I thought I was getting better but I didn’t I realize that I was wasting a lot of time.I never was able to be heard.It seemed as if I had to be kept going around in circles and being kept in the same little box.I thought when u have a therapist they were to listen and hear you out not being told how to destroy relationships and keep punishing yourself.However I think the therapy isn’t therapeutic at all.

  Anide Charles is a very educated & respectable lady. And I would definitely recommend her to those in need of a caring therapist.
