I highly recommend The Serenity Clinic to anyone who struggles with depression, anxiety, or PTSD. Especially if you’re like me and oral medication is not effective. TMS treatment, in conjunction with ketamine infusions was so effective for me that I noticed almost a complete 180 when it comes to my emotional health. The staff truly cares. They don’t just leave you in a room and hook you up to the machine. They sit with you, do brain games and other cognitive enhancement exercises with you. I learned so many grounding techniques that I will forever implement into my everyday routine. This clinic is a GEM and I’m so grateful I found it! Don’t wait. Life is too short. Take control over what you can control, and lean on Jesus in all you do.
