  I’ve been a patient for about three years so figured I’d leave a review in case any anxious/neurodivergent girlies need a strong, compassionate psychiatrist to help them thrive in life. Life is too short to put up with terrible psychiatric providers, trust me! Dr. Ali is fantastic. Her med management style is results-driven, flexible, and informed by research rather than vibes. I’m a “complex” case with various symptoms and issues coming into play - and she has handled my ups and downs amazingly. In the years under her care, I’ve lost excess weight naturally, began working my career again, exercise regularly, and spend more time with family and friends. I hear things like “your anxiety is better every time I see you!” And “you are yourself again.” It’s insane how much solid medication management + regular therapy can do for quality of life. (Her office does not provide direct therapy services but Dr. Ali will carefully monitor other modalities and is encouraging to her patients about seeking out CBT and NA/AA) There are still hard days/weeks, but the impact is much less intense and destructive on myself and my loved ones. Her office staff is amazing too. Discrete, efficient, kind. One time I left a voicemail on Friday night freaking out over a refill that I forgot, and within 10 mins I get a text from the pharmacy filling it. I recently had unexpected insurance changes and Dr. Ali’s staff was adept at navigating those without a single interruption in care. If any of these words resonate, it’s worth a phone call. Even if your anxiety/depression/adhd/substance use feels minor, there’s so much more room for improvement than i ever dreamed.

  Stay away from abilify. My friend has been pacing and dizzy for 7 days. In fact make your doc PROVE antidepressants even work. And how they work besides the serotonin nonsense. Dr josef witt doerring says there is no study that was done in an appropriate way. None. He sees people when they try to get off them. And have huge problems. # taperclinic

  I love Dr. Ali! Ive been seeing her for at least 5 years. My life feels stabilized and I love that I'm in control. Even after hours, her team/staff takes care of my questions and/or concerns. She has great feedback and is very flexible with my busy schedule.

  I have been a patient of DR.Ali for several years. Dr.Ali has helped me immensely through some extremely difficult times. Besides depression issues I lost my son and husband 5 months apart , without the tremendous help of Dr.Ali I know I would have never been able to go through the grief process on my own Dr.Ali is emphatic, encouraging, and makes sure that you follow through with what is needed to do for yourself even when you may not feel like it, she gives you that extra push that is beneficial for my well being. Also, I have done TMS, I was a little scared to try it , but I can’t say enough how much it helped me through depression, seasonal depression, among other issues. It has been one of the best choices I made for my mental and emotional health ! I’m very lucky to have her as my psychiatrist!!!
