The patient service was excellent and can't say enough good things about the nurse practitioner. The sign in, however, was a nightmare. My husband does not use the computer and there was no other way to sign in than using the computer at the kiosk. No one was there to help him. He could not sign in. We had to catch the Nurse Practitioner between patients to tell her we couldn't even register. I tried to help, but it wouldn't take our insurance information. I think it is a shame that you make it impossible for people without computer skills to make an appointment. It is terrible. I think it needs to change.

CVS minute clinic is so amazing especially the NP Ashley. Always very friendly and takes her time with you and listens!!! The only thing I disagree with is that the few times I have been there she is by herself and I dont think that is right!!! She needs to have an MA there or someone there with her. Healthcare is becoming less and less help but....Ashley is always super friendly and I would go to her if she had her own practice.

I felt so sick and it was the weekend-- I tried to see the practitioner on Saturday, but had to wait until Sunday. But she knew what was wrong and prescribed medication. I am waiting for it to work.

What an amazing experience. I'm out of town and both the nurse practitioner and the intake woman were fantastic. Super helpful knowledgeable and got me what I needed to get over my sinus infection and cold. What an awesome experience. Can't recommend them enough.

Three stars because of my past great experiences but unfortunately my last time there was terrible, thus the three and not five. The woman who was working at the clinic called my name from in the room without standing up or greeting me like the medical worker in the room right next to me. Then, she proceeded to argue with me about my arrival time and why I was there. I walked out of the appointment which I’ve never done in my life. I left feedback that day with no follow-up on CVS’s part. I went to Valpo the next time with a wonderful experience, opposite of that one in every way.
