  Why does it take 3 weeks to receive medical records they said would be ready in a week. 3 seperate voicemails. No calls back. This place is beyond unprofessional. My records from Robert young were ready in a day. This place no one has any answers & something they said would take a week is going on 3 weeks & we’re on a time crunch to get the records. Thanks for 0 help.

  Their receptionist just repeats herself instead of explaining anything. Her social skills are limited to expressing her disdain for her job with a bossy, 'i said it , so quit questioning me,' attitude while ignoring my initial question. I dont care how long it's been, I'm disabled and desire not to waste my time with whichever Doctor isnt available, probably due to their inability to push the pharmaceuticals.

  As another reviewer said, the therapist do have a shame kink. The supervisor doesn’t care that therapist breach personal information of other clients in sessions. They are combative and gaslight you constantly. Over priced for the worst care possible. I’ve had 2 therapist there and it’s the same experience over and over.

  Just because someone has experienced a mental health crisis, is financially down on their luck, or is neurodivergent does not mean they should be dismissed and ignored. Unfortunately, that is the experience you will receive with Vera French. This staff is disorganized, bad communicators, and only have shoulder shrugs instead of professionalism. I have never seen any mental health org run so horribly. It's like talking to field zombies. Unfortunately, the staff come off as just as mentally unstable as their clients. It's the blind leading the blind over there. Lip service. Willful ignorance. Performative empathy. A shame kink perhaps. That's what you will receive. And then they will attempt to gaslight you or actually ghost you if you call them on it and demand basic communication and to be treated with respect. Spoiler alert: NEGLIGENCE IS ABUSE. If you are on Medicaid, you'd do better at Robert Young or with the state and that's saying A LOT. VF ought to be ashamed of themselves. But of course, they can just flip reviews like this around on the client and say we're mentally unwell. Well how do you explain going on five months and between TWO caseworkers they can't even help me get a ride somewhere in town as promised...yet they keep trying to shove their therapists down my throat. As if I would go to talk to a therapist from VF when the caseworkers can't even be bothered to follow through. I had my first depressive episode in months messing around with them and my doctor had to up my dosage. VF actually made me WORSE. What does that tell you? They don't even do the bare minimum. How are these people getting paid for not following through on what they say they're going to do for someone and then completely ghosting a client? Apalling and disgusting. Good riddance.

  This is a wonderful place people are understanding they listen to you they help you with your issues and they are so caring I will always love Vera French a great place to be and a safe one
