10/10 experience, no notes! My point person, Sarah, who heads up operations and is the de facto (benevolent!) Queen of the Castle, is the best. Kind, sharp and way too with it! A person with whom one can share a laugh, long thought, and/or playful but pragmatic email. An obvious rockstar in whatever role she wanted; Lexington TMS is as fortunate as the sun & it's moon to have her, and like those celestial bodies, she shines bright at all times โ๏ธ๐ My TMS tech, Leena, master of the magnets, is the best. The actual process of applying the transcranial wand ("Transcranial" is the 'T' of 'TMS') which emanates the magnetic pulses, that provide the therapy, is kind of tricky. The margin of errors are in the millimeters, so there is a finesse required to achieve proper position, frequency, and fluidity. Once a session begins, there is noise and positioning separation, with the chaired patient and the tech behind them in observation, so Leena and I weren't speaking a *ton* with each other..which made the pleasant earnestness with which we shared the exchanges we did find ourselves the time for, quite fun Easter eggs. A "might not talk long, but will talk strong" type of vibe which are rare but nice. Dr. Allen, the head clinician and proprietor, is the best. From our initial assessment the ethic of care + presentness stuck with me. Once my process of treatment began, the intermittent check ins from Dr. Allen (about Once every ten or so visits) were not perfunctory, when he asked how I was? There was genuine empathy and desire for best outcome. I felt safe and seen, taken great care of. Doctoral wise, that's all you can ask! I promised a friend (who is an employee here) I would exercise economy of language, and I tried!...but I could literally wax poetic for days + night about this office. If you're here as a patient, it means you've been faced with a behavioral wellness issue(s) denied abatement and promised only much consternation and darkness. When one must put on the brave face, and unearth their stubborness skeletons, and try to kick them all, all the way out of there, this is the exact environment and staff you want at your disposal. I am blessed they are now forever a much cherished part of my life ๐

Not only did the treatment not work, The staff was supposed to follow up a few weeks after treatment and never did. Apparently they only care about their profit and not the patient.
