I love CCG! I've been a patient at alot of the clinics and addintion treatment places. CCG is the only place where i truly feel their concern for my health and well being. Honestly invested in addiction services holistically! Jenny, Margaret, Misty, Ty, Randy you are all the best without a doubt!

It’s amazing. LONG AND USEFUL it’s in the middle of nowhere for people not around the area. They have other facilities yet “Can’t do transfers” they have others in Frederick, Hagerstown, and Baltimore… but I guess it’s good for the residents of CuMbErLanD🥴. But it taught me to be far away from my loved ones for a long time and to learn that life moves and get over it, without substance or alcohol abuse… so I am happy I went ⭐️⭐️⭐️ THANK YOU CCG!

Concerted care Is incredibly helpful and compassionate. they provide resources and guide you to the next step, even if they do not accept your insurance, they will help you with that process and with the resources. The all-in-one facility supports community growth and values partners ship with helping address global issues. It one of the most welcoming places in our area from staff and overall.

The clinician Christa shamed me for my drug test results. I had to remind her that I have multiple prescriptions for things that are tested for. I had a false positive for fentanyl from taking a Benadryl and she shamed me horribly and didn't believe me. I will never seek treatment again after the way she made me feel. She also shamed me for being excited to talk to the therapist, repeatedly asking me why I would want to talk to them instead of an addiction counselor. Well the addiction counselors all suck and just let you watch videos about addicts..so helpful? The whole place is horribly unorganized. They leave multiple urine samples in a room unattended. My boyfriend can't get his anxiety meds because they keep not sending his drug test results to his doctor. They wouldn't help him with a ride when he couldn't get there for his take homes. They said they only offer rides to new patients. It's good to know they will happily get you hooked on this stuff but then not support you. They will not discuss the risks, such as the heart problems methadone can cause. They will not tell you the meds will turn you into a soulless husk that will do anything for more methadone. They also have no way to taper Suboxone patients below 2mg, this will cause severe withdrawal and they will skirt around an answer if asked about it. They don't warn you of blood tests or ECG tests. The nurse just told my boyfriend "take your shirt off and lay on the table" with no explanation of what was about to be done.

I am currently in IOP and I absolutely love it! I have learned so many different educational facts. It feels safe and I can be open.
